Cancelled Performances

Sometimes, due to circumstances out of our control, your performance may be cancelled. If your performance is cancelled, TodayTix will reach out to you to inform you of the next steps.

What happens if my performance is cancelled?

As soon as we receive notification your performance is cancelled, we will promptly notify you via email. While we strive to give you as much notification as possible before your scheduled performance, please note that this may not always be possible due to circumstances beyond our control.

Do I get a refund if my show is cancelled?

We will issue you with a credit voucher in the first instance, which can be used immediately to rebook. The voucher is valid for 12 months and can be applied to any booking until the full balance has been used. However, we appreciate that it might not always be suitable for you at the time, so you can request a refund via our live chat.
