Choosing Ticket Protection: If available, Ticket Protection will be offered at Checkout. Check the box to add to your order. Redemption Process: Ticket Protection can be redeemed from within the TodayTix app - no need to contact our Customer Experience team! Credit Voucher: Following cancellation, you'll promptly receive a confirmation email containing a voucher code. This code can be used towards future orders on TodayTix. |
Can I add Ticket Protection to only part of my order? |
| At this time, Ticket Protection can only be added and redeemed against a whole order. |
Can I add Ticket Protection to my order after I have purchased tickets? |
| Ticket Protection cannot be added after completing a purchase. It must be activated at the time of booking. |
Can I purchase Ticket Protection whilst using a gift card or voucher? |
| Yes, you can add Ticket Protection to your order when paying with a gift card or voucher. Simply click "Add voucher" during checkout and enter your TodayTix voucher code or gift card as normal. |
Why don't I have the option to add Ticket Protection to my order? |
| Too close to performance: Ticket Protection is available for purchase on orders made more than 72 hours prior to the performance. Unavailable show: Ticket Protection is available on most shows, but unfortunately not all. If the performance is more than 72 hours away, and you’re not offered Ticket Protection at checkout, that means we aren’t able to offer Ticket Protection on that show. |
