Ticket Delivery

TodayTix offers two convenient ticket delivery methods, depending on the show you have booked: e-tickets and collection at the box office. We'll inform you of your ticket delivery method during the checkout process for a seamless experience.

Where are my e-tickets?

E-tickets will be sent to the email address provided on your order, either directly from TodayTix or from the show supplier. Your e-tickets will also appear in your Upcoming Orders once available. You can find the delivery timing by checking the ‘Delivery’ section during checkout, in your Upcoming Orders post-purchase, or in your email confirmation.

Why are my e-tickets not sent immediately?

E-tickets are not sent immediately to prevent dishonest reselling and to provide flexibility in case of unforeseen circumstances preventing attendance at the original performance. This delay ensures a fair and secure ticketing process for all customers.

Where do I collect my tickets?

Tickets will be ready for collection upon your arrival at the venue. Ensure you have identification with you when picking up your tickets, and don't forget to bring a copy of your email confirmation or booking reference.

I haven’t got my e-tickets. When will they arrive?

If your email confirmation specifies delivery "24 hours prior to showtime," your tickets will arrive exactly 24 hours before the performance. For example, if the show is on Wednesday at 7:30 PM, expect your tickets to be delivered on Tuesday at 7:30 PM. This precautionary measure is in place to deter ticket touting or unauthorised resale of tickets.

I should have had my e-tickets by now. What do I do?

If the delivery time has passed and you haven’t received your e-tickets, please contact our Customer Experience team to have them resent to you. If it's the day of your show and we’re unable to address your query prior to your performance, please don’t panic. Visit the theatre's box office with a copy of your email confirmation, where they will also have a record of your order and be able to provide a physical copy of your tickets.

Can I have my e-tickets sent by post?

We know that having a physical theatre ticket can be a great memento, especially when celebrating special occasions. However, ticketing has primarily become digital post-pandemic. If you’re looking for a keepsake for your visit, we encourage you to speak with the venue, who may be able to provide a physical ticket on-site.
