A select number of shows offer electronic tickets. Shows requiring mobile tickets will be clearly notated on the show page. You can view the barcode in your confirmation email and in the My Orders section of your TodayTix app after deliver. We'll tell you on the individual show page, before purchase, which delivery method you can expect and include detailed information in your confirmation email.
Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email of purchase with further details regarding your E-Ticket(s). Mobile tickets will be delivered no later than 2 hours prior to showtime.
QR Codes & Barcodes
For many shows, your tickets will be in the form of QR codes or barcodes which will be sent via email and can be located in the My Orders section of your TodayTix account.
For some shows, your tickets will be emailed and included in a PDF document. You can either print these tickets before the show or present them as mobile tickets when you arrive at the venue.
Tickets not Received
Please review your order details by logging in to your TodayTix account and navigating to My Orders. From this page, you can review your order confirmation and update your contact information.
