How does the HAMILTON $10 Lottery work?
You can enter the HAMILTON $10 Lottery exclusively on the TodayTix mobile app (available on the App Store and Google Play Store). Guests can enter for the chance to claim exclusive $10 tickets beginning each Friday at 12:01am (NZST), winners are selected the following Thursday starting at 1:00pm (NZST). Winners will be notified between 1:00pm (NZST) and 6:00pm (NZST) the same day and will have the opportunity to claim tickets for performances taking place the following week (Tuesday - Sunday).
Successful winners will be required to pay for tickets upon collection at Spark Arena on the day of the performance from 2 hours prior to the show at the box office.

How much are tickets purchased through The HAMILTON Lottery?
Winners pay NZD$10 per guest up to a maximum of two (2) tickets. Tickets must be paid for in full, at the Spark Arena box office prior to collection.
How can I change my lottery entry?
If you need to update your entry name or email address before the drawing begins, you can do so by navigating to "My Orders," locating your lottery entry, and selecting "Options." This menu will be available until just before the lottery begins selecting winners. Once the lottery begins selecting winners on Thursday at 1:00pm (NZST), we are unable to modify entries in any way. This includes changing the name, phone number, email address, number of tickets, or dates entered. We, unfortunately, cannot edit the number of tickets associated with your entry to protect the integrity of the lottery.
Where are seats purchased through the HAMILTON Lottery located?
Seating is assigned directly by the box office and can be located anywhere in the theatre. Seating is not first-come, first-served; the box office will assign your seats after the lottery has completed, and your tickets have been paid for. Please note that in some instances, and on a rare occasion, lottery seats may not be sat together.

Can I give my HAMILTON Lottery tickets to someone else?
Tickets purchased as part of the HAMILTON Lottery are strictly non-transferrable and cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold. The contact information of the eligible winner must match a photo ID of the listed purchaser. Photo ID matching the pick-up name & TodayTix eligible winner must be presented at the box office in order to collect your tickets.
How do I know if I won?
We'll send you an email, SMS and push notification if you're a winner! You can also always check to see the status of your entry by navigating to the "My Orders" section of your account, which shows your status in real time.
What happens if I'm not selected as a winner?
We encourage you to enter in the future! You can always set an alert to be reminded when the lottery will begin accepting entries again. Click here to learn more about Alert Me Notifications.
My time to claim winning HAMILTON Lottery tickets expired, what do I do?
If your time to claim has expired, our lottery system will automatically choose another winner. However, this will not affect your chances for winning in the future, so we encourage you to keep entering!

I won and purchased my HAMILTON Lottery tickets, how and when do I pick them up?
Tickets will be available for payment in full, and collection from the Spark Arena box office beginning from two hours (2hrs) prior to the performance start time. Tickets are strictly non-transferable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Photo ID matching your pick-up name designated at checkout is required to collect your tickets, without exception. We appreciate your cooperation.
