Having trouble logging in to your account? We've included solutions for some of our most common login issues below.

Forgotten Password

Please go to the Log In screen on the TodayTix app or website and tap "Forgot Your Password?"

  1. Enter the email address associated with your account and tap 'Reset'.
  2. A temporary password will be emailed to that address.
  3. Copy the temporary password (please do not include the space preceding the password, or the period at the end of the sentence).
  4. Navigate back to the TodayTix login screen.
  5. Enter the email address associated with your TodayTix account.
  6. Paste the temporary password in the password field.
  7. Once signed in, navigate to your account settings and change your password (you will need to use the temporary password once more).

Change the email address on my account

To change the email address associated with your account, please log in to your TodayTix account.

 If you're on the app, please click "Me" in the lower right-hand corner of your home page, then click "Account Settings," then click "Change" next to the email address listed.

If you're using your web browser, please click your name in the upper right-hand corner of the home page, then select "My Account." Click "Show account settings," and enter your email address in the "email" field. Please note that changing the email address on your account will not automatically update the email address associated with upcoming orders. You can change the email address associated with any future orders manually by clicking the "Options" menu next to the upcoming show in your "My Orders" section.

Facebook Login



If you originally created your TodayTix account using our 'Connect with Facebook' feature, you'll only be able to access your account using the 'Connect with Facebook' feature and will not be able to log in using your email address and a password. 

If you're unable to log in using Facebook, please check out this page from Facebook's help site about recovering your account. Once you've recovered login details for your Facebook account, you'll be able to complete your TodayTix login using the 'Connect with Facebook' option.

If you had originally signed up with TodayTix using an email and password, connecting with Facebook will create a separate, additional account. You will not be able to view orders made on your original account from this page, and will need to log out of this new "Connect with Facebook:" account and log in using your email and password. 

If you did accidentally create a secondary account using this feature, please see the section on this page titled "Accidental Multiple Accounts".

Using Apple Sign In

If an account is created using Sign in with Apple, communications will be sent to the email associated with your Apple Sign In account. This can include order confirmations, lottery alerts, and show cancellation notices.

If you choose to hide your email address when creating an account, Apple will provide us with a randomly generated email address. Any emails we send to this address will be forwarded to the email associated with your Apple ID, keeping your information private.

Please note that the website does not currently support Sign in with Apple, so your account will only be accessible via the TodayTix app.

If you purchased access to a web-exclusive event, you'll be receiving communications from us regarding next steps. If you have not received these details one week prior to the event, please double check your spam/promotional/trash email inbox folders for communications from us, then email us at support@todaytix.com.

Account already exists



If you're attempting to create an account and have received an error message informing you that an account using this email address already exists (see box 1 in the above image), please attempt to recover the account under your email address by selecting (see box 2) - "Log In to Existing Account" and then using the "Forgot Password?" option. Then:

  1. Enter the email address associated with your account and tap 'Reset'.
  2. A temporary password will be emailed to that address.
  3. Copy the temporary password (please do not include the space preceding the password, or the period at the end of the sentence).
  4. Navigate back to the TodayTix login screen.
  5. Enter the email address associated with your TodayTix account.
  6. Paste the temporary password in the password field.
  7. Once signed in, navigate to your account settings and change your password (you will need to use the temporary password once more).

Account was made using an incorrect email address

If your account is associated with an email address you no longer have access to, or you accidentally included a typo when registering, we can help with that:

To log in...

Please attempt to log-in to the account using the incorrect email address. If you remember the password associated with your account or have it saved to your device, you won't need access to the incorrect email inbox and will be able to correct the email address once you've logged in successfully.

Additionally, it can't hurt to check the app/website on the last device you used - you may still be logged in to the account even if the email address is incorrect!

Once you're successfully logged in...

You can change the email address associated with your account by navigating to "Me," then selecting "Account Settings." You can input the correct email address on that screen. Please note that changing the email address on your account will not automatically update the email address associated with upcoming orders. You can change the email address associated with any future orders manually by clicking the "Options" menu next to the upcoming show in your "My Orders" section.

If you're unable to successfully log in...

If you are unable to successfully log in to the account, please submit a request above.

Accidental Multiple Accounts

If you've accidentally created multiple accounts, please email us at support@todaytix.com. Please include your email address(es), the phone number(s) associated with your accounts, and the full name(s) appearing on your accounts. (If your accounts have differing information, please include as much information as possible.) Or, if you have an upcoming order that does not appear on the account you're logged in to, please include the confirmation number from your confirmation email (starts with "T") Our team will be glad to assist in merging these two accounts once we are able to correctly identify them in our database.

Please note it is against our Terms and Conditions to have more than one account.

Can't find what you're looking for?

Please email us at support@todaytix.com. Please be sure to include the following details in your email so our team is best placed to assist:

  • The full name on your account
  • The email address associated with your account
  • The device you're using while attempting to log in
  • The browser you're attempting to use, or if you're using the app
  • If you've experienced a specific error message, please note the exact language and include when you see this error message pop up when attempting to log in.
  • Any relevant screenshots.
