How do I claim my Lottery tickets?

Before attempting to claim your lottery tickets, make sure you're logged into your TodayTix account. This ensures that the system recognises you as the winner and allows you to proceed with the claiming process smoothly.
How long do I have to claim my Lottery tickets?

Verify that you're attempting to claim the tickets within the designated claim window. The claim window period is typically specified in the notification you received when you won the Lottery. If you try to claim the tickets after this window has passed, you will receive an error and we may not be able to help you secure the tickets.
