Some of the shows we sell allow you to change the pick up details within your account. You can do this by going to 'My Orders', then selecting 'Options' under the show you'd like to change information for. You'll be able to change the phone number, email address, and pick up name.
If it does not allow you to do this within your account, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note you cannot change the pick up details for Rush or Lottery tickets.
