What order details can I change? |
| Some TodayTix shows offer the option to change the name and email on your order within your account. |
How do I make changes to my orders details? |
- Log in to your TodayTix account.
- Navigate to the "Upcoming Orders" section.
- Find the specific order for which you want to change the details.
- Click on the order to view its details.
- Look for the option to edit the ‘Name’ and ‘Email’.
- Make the necessary changes to the ‘Name’ and/or ‘Email’ fields.
- After updating the email, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to the new address.
