What is concierge service?

For select shows, TodayTix offers our exclusive Concierge service, hand-delivering your tickets to you just before showtime. 

If you’ve purchased a ticket for one of our Concierge shows, just look for your Concierge Agent beginning 30 minutes prior to your showtime outside the theater. Our Agents are identifiable by their red TodayTix attire. For your convenience, a picture of your Concierge’s location is included in your confirmation email. (Though they’ll stand in the same spot, the concierge pictured in your confirmation email may not be the same agent you meet before the show.)

Though Concierge tickets are still sold at face value, we add a $5 surcharge for the hand delivery of our Concierge tickets. This is (by far) the lowest rate in the industry. And, because we offer the lowest possible ticket prices, we think you’ll agree that it’s a great deal.

Where do I meet the concierge agent?

Please refer to your email confirmation for all necessary pick up information. If you are picking up your tickets from a Concierge Agent, your email confirmation will state the time and location: 

e.g "Tickets will be hand-delivered to you outside the theater beginning 30 minutes prior to the showtime." 

"Pick up your ALADDIN tickets from the TodayTix Concierge agent located just to the left (east) of the Aladdin marquee."

Your email confirmation will also contain a picture of where the agent will be standing (this may not be the same person you will meet).

For most shows, our Agents will wait until 15 minutes past curtain. At this time, they will need to report back to our office in Midtown with your tickets. If you are running later than 15 minutes past curtain, please contact us right away so we can help make other arrangements.

If you are outside the theater and unable to locate the agent, please contact our office as soon as possible so we can assist.

Can I get my tickets for a concierge show another way?

Concierge service is not optional when available.

Do I tip the concierge agent?

Since our goal is to provide the best customer experience possible, our concierge agents do not customarily receive tips. The best ways to show your appreciation are to leave us a review on Yelp/the App Store/Google business, and to thank the concierge agent when you see them 

Why does the name on my physical ticket differ from the name on my order?

The name on your ticket corresponds to the TodayTix agent that purchased them on your behalf. Rest assured, this is your ticket!
