Recurring Transactions

Our payment processor, Braintree Payments (a PayPal company), securely captures and stores your credit card information when you first register your card to authorize it for purchases on TodayTix going forward.

Under PCI regulations—which protect your credit card information—Braintree cannot store your CVV number. By marking transactions from stored cards as "recurring," it significantly reduces the likelihood that the charge will be declined when the CVV is not included. (Braintree does verify your CVV when you first add the card to combat fraud.)

The downside to this approach is that some users may see these charges marked as "recurring" on their bank statements. Please rest assured you will neither be charged more than once for a purchase nor charged a membership fee for using our platform.
