Seat Selection Issues

At TodayTix, we strive to make the ticket-buying process as seamless as possible. However, occasionally, you may encounter issues with selecting seats for your desired performance. Don’t worry, we’re here to help!

Why can’t I purchase seats in different locations?

We're currently unable to sell tickets for seats that are not adjacent to each other in a single order. If you wish to purchase seats in different locations, you'll need to make multiple transactions.

Why can’t I find the lowest price available? 

Occasionally, the lowest price is for single seats. By default, our seat selection interface displays options for two tickets, which is why the single-seat option may not be immediately visible until you adjust the ticket quantity.

Why are the seats I selected suddenly unavailable?

The seats you selected may have been purchased by another customer, and the seating chart may not have been updated yet. Please try selecting another set of seats to see if the issue persists.

None of the above fixes my issue. What can I do? 

If the issue you’re experiencing is not listed above, please reach out to our Customer Experience team for further assistance and chat with us below. Make sure to provide them with the following information:
  • Show title, performance date, and showtime you’re trying to purchase.
  • The specific seats you are trying to select.
  • Any error message you are receiving.
