I'm having trouble completing my purchase. What should I do?

Verify Card Information: Make sure that you've entered your credit card information correctly. Double-check the card number, expiration date, CVV code, and postal code/zip code to ensure that they're all accurate.
Insufficient Funds: Please check to make sure you have the correct amount of funds in your bank account to make the purchase.
Contact Your Bank: Your bank may be blocking the transaction for security reasons. Contact your bank to ensure that your card is not being declined, and to check if they have placed any restrictions on your account.
