Issues Downloading or Updating the App

Troubleshooting on iOS Devices:

  • Check your internet connection: Ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection. Poor connectivity can cause issues while downloading the app.
  • Restart your device: Turn off your iOS device and turn it back on. This action can resolve temporary glitches affecting app downloads.
  • Verify device compatibility: Ensure your iOS device is running iOS 11.0 or later, as the TodayTix app requires this version or newer.
  • Check available storage: Make sure your device has enough free storage space to accommodate the app. Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage to check available space and delete unnecessary files or apps if needed.
  • Sign out and sign back in to the App Store: Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID > Sign Out, and then sign back in to refresh your App Store connection.
  • Reset App Store cache: Open the App Store and tap any of the icons at the bottom of the screen 10 times in a row. This action will reset the App Store cache and may resolve download issues.

  • Verify device compatibility: Ensure your Android device is running Android 5.0 (Lollipop) or later, as the TodayTix app requires this version or newer.
  • Check available storage: Make sure your device has enough free storage space to accommodate the app. Go to Settings > Storage to check available space and delete unnecessary files or apps if needed.
  • Clear Google Play Store cache and data: Go to Settings > Apps & notifications > Google Play Store > Storage & cache. Tap "Clear Cache" and "Clear Data" to remove any temporary files that may be causing download issues.
  • Remove and re-add your Google account: Go to Settings > Accounts > Google, and remove your Google account. Then, re-add the account to refresh your connection to the Google Play Store.
