Troubleshooting on iOS Devices:
- Check your internet connection: Ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection. Poor connectivity can cause the app to malfunction or crash.
- Restart the app: Close the TodayTix app by swiping it away from your active apps list and then relaunch it. This action may resolve any temporary glitches causing the app to crash.
- Update the app: Make sure you have the latest version of the TodayTix app installed on your device. Visit the Apple App Store and check for any available updates.
- Update your device's operating system: Ensure your iOS device is running the latest version of its operating system. Go to Settings > General > Software Update to check for any updates.
- Clear app cache: On your iOS device, go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > TodayTix. Tap "Offload App" and then reinstall the app. This process will clear the app's cache and may resolve the issue.
- Reinstall the app: If the problem persists, uninstall the TodayTix app by tapping and holding its icon until it starts to wiggle, then tap the "X" button. Visit the Apple App Store to download and reinstall the app.
