At TodayTix, we want to offer a seamless ticket purchasing experience. One of the ways we aim to achieve this is by providing you with the option to store your card details securely in your account. This feature is designed to streamline the checkout process, saving you time and effort.


How do I store my card details for future use?

  1. Log in to your TodayTix account.
  2. Navigate to your "Account" section.
  3. Locate the "Payment Method" option.
  4. Here, you can add or remove stored card details as needed.
  5. To add a new card, select the "Add a Credit Card" option and enter the required information.
I want to remove my saved payment method. How do I do this?

Due to privacy and security reasons, our team are unable to remove the payment method on your behalf. You can remove saved card details at any time by following the steps in our Changing Your Account Details article
