We understand that receiving promotional emails is a personal choice, and we want to ensure that you have control over your email preferences to avoid feeling overwhelmed by communication from us.

How do I change my email subscription preferences?

  1. Open the TodayTix app or website.
  2. Navigate to the Account and Settings section on your account.
  3. Scroll down to the Data and Privacy section and select ‘Promotional Emails’.
  4. Check the ‘Decline’ box and select ‘Done’.

Alternatively, you can manage your promotional email preferences via the footer of any email we've sent you. 

Why do I still receive marketing emails after unsubscribing?

It can take up to 48 hours for the changes to be reflected on our system, and we appreciate your patience!

I’m still receiving emails after 48 hours. What do I do? 

In rare cases, you may still receive promotional emails even after unsubscribing due to various reasons. If this happens, please reach out to our Customer Experience team for further assistance and chat with us below.
