By enabling alert notifications, you can stay up-to-date on your favourite shows and never miss out on the best ticket opportunities. Notifications are sent via email, and push notifications if you enable this setting on your device.
What kind of alerts are there? |
Lottery Entry Open Alert: Never forget to enter a lottery by using this Alert to notify you once a lottery opens! If you want to turn this Alert off at a later date, head back to the show page where you will have the option to Cancel Alert.
Rush Seats Available Alert: Rush seats are first come, first served. Use this Alert to give you the best chance of securing those highly sought-after, last-minute tickets! If you want to turn this Alert off at a later date, head back to the show page where you will have the option to Cancel Alert.
Tickets Now Available Alert: Trying to bag tickets for that hot new show? Use this Alert to notify you when tickets are added for a sold-out show. This Alert resets so if you miss your chance, you'll need to turn it back on to be notified the next time tickets become available. |
I’m having issues with receiving/turning off alerts. What do I do? |
If you encounter any issues with alert notifications, such as not receiving notifications as expected or difficulties toggling the alert settings, please check that your TodayTix app is up to date with the latest software.
Additionally, check your device's notification settings to ensure they allow alerts from the TodayTix app. If problems persist, don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Experience team for further assistance.
