This is an evolving situation and we will communicate any relevant updates to affected ticket holders as soon as possible.
TodayTix is receiving directives from Live Performance Australia, the Australian Government Department of Health and relevant Producers and Venues with regards to the developing situation around Covid-19 (Coronavirus). If we are directed by any of these bodies to modify our policies, we will update and inform affected customers accordingly.
Performances are resuming and we are excited to welcome you safely back to the theatre! Your safety and wellbeing is important to us. All our partners and venues are COVID-Safe venues, have enhanced health and hygiene practices in place and are required to follow Government guidelines and directions (which may vary by State). For more information about your arrival please visit the relevant venue website.
For the safety and wellbeing of everyone, please do not attend the Event if you or a member of your booking feels unwell, has experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms, have tested positive to COVID-19 in the past 14 days or are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test, are required to self-isolate, have been in contact with a confirmed case, or have recently returned from overseas. If you can no longer attend due to any of these reasons, please contact TodayTix support no later than 24 hours prior to the performance start time to discuss your options.
