Following the Government's announcement on Saturday 31 October, theatres will close from Thursday 5 November. Currently theatres are scheduled to remain closed until Wednesday 2 December. Though we share in the disappointment of another delay in returning to the theatre, the safety of our guests and our community continues to be our highest priority.
TodayTix are receiving directives from the affected Theatre box office teams, who are working very hard with producers and the Society of London Theatre. If you have booked a performance that has been affected by the second lockdown announcement, we will be in touch. Each theatre is working hard to determine their next steps. We kindly ask for your patience at this current time.
Should a performance officially announce cancellations, you’ll be hearing from us with an offer for a voucher that’s worth 110% of your original booking. This voucher can be used for up to 12 months, for any show in any of our 16+ cities globally.

What if my performance is cancelled?
If a performance cannot go ahead, we will contact you via the details on your TodayTix account. Please ensure these are correct and up to date.
How and when will you contact me?
As soon as our venue partner permits us to do so, we will email you via the details on your TodayTix account. You’ll be hearing from us around 7-10 business days after your scheduled performance date with an offer for a voucher that’s worth 110% of you original booking. This voucher can be used for up to 12 months, for any show in any of our 16+ cities globally.
In many cases, we’re awaiting confirmation from our show partners that they’ve cancelled your booking. They are inundated as well, and we are lending support where possible.
What if my show is postponed?
For certain productions, the theatre are attempting to reschedule the performance to another date, and have asked TodayTix to retain all bookings until a new date is finalised.
Customers for 4,000 Miles, Local Hero, The Book of Dust, Life of Pi, Leopoldstadt, Hamlet, Sammy & Good have been contacted regarding their postponed booking. We will inform all affected TodayTix customers of the new season dates and next steps for your booking as soon as we possibly can.
Customers for Jimmy Carr, The Show Must Go On, To Kill a Mockingbird, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat & Cinderella The Musical have received new dates via email and are visible in the 'My Orders' section of your TodayTix account.
It's been 10 days since my scheduled performance and I haven't received my voucher details.
