In response to Covid-19, many venues are canceling in-person performances through late spring 2021. If you're looking for information on a specific theater or show, we recommend checking out their website for the most up-to-date information.
What happens next?
If you are a ticketholder for a show that cannot go on as scheduled, we will contact you via the details on your TodayTix account. Please ensure these are correct and up to date.
If you have a ticket to any canceled show in any North American market, you will be given a TodayTix voucher worth 110% of your original order. With the unprecedented volume of vouchers to be processed, we ask for your patience as we create your specific voucher and send it via email. Once received, you will be able to use it on any performance on our platform before the expiration date.
If you haven't received your voucher 10 working days after your impacted performance, please contact our team using the "Submit a Ticket" button above. Please be sure to include your original order confirmation number (starts with "T").
