Changing your account details

If you need to make changes to your name, email address, phone number, or would like to remove your saved payment method, you can easily do this through the TodayTix app or website. 

How do I make changes to my TodayTix account details? 

  1. Log into your TodayTix account.
  2. Navigate to the Account and Settings section on your account.
  3. Locate the name, email address, or phone number you would like to amend and select ‘Edit’. 
  4. Make the necessary changes and select ‘Done’.
  5. To delete your saved payment method, select ‘Remove’ and confirm.

What if I can’t change my account details? 

The TodayTix Customer Experience team are unable to modify personal information on your TodayTix account for your privacy and security. This can all be amended through the app or website. If you're having trouble locating this, please contact the Customer Experience team to help troubleshoot the issue.
