Buying Tickets in the US?

Why can't I pick my seats?

For most Broadway shows, the seating information available includes the section, price point and level of discount. We do guarantee that we will fulfill your order with the best available seats in the section and price point you chose at the time of purchase.

For our partner shows, your tickets are assigned directly by the box office.

How do I purchase ADA accessible seating?

We're happy to assist in getting accessible seating for you. Please submit a request and let us know the show you're interested in seeing, the performance date/time, and the number of tickets. Please also provide any information regarding your specific needs e.g. transferable, non-transferrable wheelchair space, etc. We can then check with the box office to see what seats and pricing are available. 

Are my seats together?

All seats placed within a single order will be seated together. If you place separate orders, we cannot guarantee that your seats will be together due to box office dynamic seating policies.

Will my seats be partial view or obstructed?

TodayTix never knowingly sells partial or obstructed view seats—as determined by the show's box office— unless this is clearly and explicitly stated on your order before purchasing.
