Accessing the Performance

How do I watch the event?

A unique streaming link will be sent to your email address directly by our partners at New York Theatre Workshop. Purchasers and lottery winners who have successfully claimed their tickets will receive their unique link no later than four hours before showtime.

Am I seeing times listed in my local timezone?

All timezones displayed on any 25 Years of Rent: Measured In Love show information or communication are in US Eastern Standard Time. The times displayed do not change based on your current location. Please make arrangements to enjoy the performance in your time zone, understanding how time changes may impact your viewing options.

When can I watch the event?

25 Years of Rent: Measured In Love will premiere on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at 8:00 PM US EST. It will be available on-demand until March 6, 2021 at 8:00 PM US EST. The performance can be watched as many times as you would like during that availability window. The viewing link will expire at exactly 8:00 PM US Eastern Standard Time on Saturday, March 6th. Please make arrangements to enjoy the performance in your time zone understanding how time changes may affect your viewing options.

I didn't receive my link.

Streaming links will be sent by our partners at the production no later than four hours prior to the premiere time and will not be included in your confirmation email. Additional support and information on how to seek assistance four hours prior to the event will be added here in the coming days - please check back for updates in the near future.

I didn't receive my confirmation email for my purchase.

If you did not receive your confirmation email, you can request it be resent to you by navigating to the "My Orders" section of your account, locating your 25 Years of Rent streamed performance order. Click the order's "Options" menu. From there, you can "Resend confirmation email" and your confirmation email will be automatically resent to the email address associated with your order. Additionally, if you've purchased a ticket, you can view your email confirmation directly from the "My Orders" screen.

If you've incorrectly entered your email address at checkout, you can change the email address associated with your 25 Years of Rent order from the same "Options" menu. (This will only change the email address that receives your confirmation email, and will not change the email address associated with your login. Please see our login help page for additional information on how to change your login email.)

If you still haven't received your confirmation email, we encourage you to double-check all inbox folders (including spam, promotion, and trash) before reaching out to our guest services team by submitting a request at the top of this page.

I purchased a beanie with my ticket, how will I get it?

You should receive a form link after checkout requesting mailing information. Guests who made purchases after February 15th will not receive their beanies prior to the event.

Why can I only purchase one ticket?

Each account can only purchase one ticket at a time. One ticket corresponds to one unique access link, which can be used to view the performance from exactly one device. If you'd like to view from multiple devices, you'll need to purchase multiple tickets through multiple transactions. Only one ticket is required per household if all members intend to view from the same device.

Can I put the streamed performance on my TV?

As everyone's home tech set up is unique, we're unable to offer full assistance. Please refer to these external sites for basic setup information.

When were lottery winners selected?

Lottery winners were selected on February 23rd, 2021 between 12:00 PM US EST and 6:00 PM US EST.

Will more lottery tickets become available?

We're very sorry to say that we do not anticipate an additional lottery for this event.

I missed my chance to claim! Now what?

If your time to claim has expired, our lottery system automatically chose another winner. We are unable to make lottery tickets available again as they have already been offered to another guest. We apologize for the inconvenience.

How can I change the information on my lottery entry?

Once you have submitted your entry, we are unable to modify it in any way. This includes changing the name, phone number, email address, or number of tickets.

If you've accidentally entered the incorrect email address and are worried you won't receive a notification if you've won, you can monitor your lottery entry status in real-time by navigating to the "My Orders" section of your account.

Are these lottery tickets really free?

Yes. Due to system limitations, lottery winners may still be asked to enter payment information at checkout (even though your card will not be charged.) We appreciate your understanding.

How many times can I enter the lottery?

Guests can only enter the lottery once, but double or triple their odds using our Share With Social feature. Duplicate entries will be voided and may result in suspension from the TodayTix platform for violating our Terms of Use.
