Is there a minimum age requirement to attend a show?

All guests require a ticket, regardless of age.

For most North American and Australian shows, no children under 4 years old will be permitted. In fact, many shows recommend that children be at least 6 years old to attend. Guests under age 15 must be accompanied by a guest age 15 or older to enter the theater.

For most UK shows, all guests aged 16 or under must be seated next to an accompanying adult. Unattended minors may be denied access to venues. 

All shows have their own policies regarding age requirements, so please visit the production's official website for further clarification.

Can I place my order over the phone?

For your security and the security of your credit card information, TodayTix does not process monetary transactions via phone call. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Why can I only purchase up to six tickets at a time?

Ticket inventory at your chosen performance may only allow us to acquire, at most, six seats together. TodayTix does guarantee that if you purchase up to six tickets within a single order, we will acquire those seats together. 

If you are seeking more than six tickets for a particular performance, you will need to place multiple orders via our app or website. Before placing your orders, please contact us to confirm that we are able to assist with your needs. Again, based on ticket inventory for your chosen performance, we cannot guarantee tickets placed across multiple orders will be sat together. Rest assured, we will do our absolute best to accommodate seating as close together as possible.

What is the sales window to purchase my tickets?

While on-sale dates vary by show, most of our tickets are on sale two months prior to showtime. If you don't see the date you want on sale yet, we encourage you to check back a bit closer to showtime.

Our sales windows must close before performances to ensure that the box offices receive our sales reports in a timely manner, and for our Concierge Agents to organize your tickets and arrive at location on time. The sales window cutoff varies greatly by the location of your show, but can be anywhere from 1-24 hours before showtime.
All our available inventory is always visible on the app/website.

Can I change my order?

Because we purchase your tickets directly from the box office, we are unable to alter your fully processed order in any way. This includes:

  • Upgrading 
  • Exchanging 
  • Refunding 
  • Date/time changes 
  • Section changes 
  • Price changes 
  • Number of tickets

If you are unable to attend your purchased performance, and a friend or family member is able to attend in your place, please update the pick up name on your order and send them your email confirmation. If the production allows alterations to pick up information, you can do this by navigating to your 'My Orders' section and selecting 'Options' next to your purchased show. Please note: the name change option is not available for Lottery, Rush, or Special Offers.

Additionally, we are unable to resell your tickets on our site or provide credit for you to use on a separate purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

As stated through the checkout process, all orders through our platform are deemed an immediate final sale. We appreciate your understanding.
