Coronavirus Cancelation Vouchers - Information + FAQ

As of March 1, 2021:

  • Vouchers with an original expiration date in the year 2021 are now extended through March 31, 2022 for all guests, unless otherwise directly indicated. 
  • There is no need to reach out to support about extending your voucher individually.

We're sorry to see so many theaters close as a result of COVID-19 and government mandates, but we stand in solidarity with our partners and productions who have the health and safety of audiences and theatre-makers at the forefront of their minds.

In response to these canceled performances, we're offering our guests vouchers worth 110% of their booking value (including fees) so you'll join us for an upgraded future performance when it's safe to return.

FAQ's

When will I receive my 110% voucher code?

As soon as our venue partner permits us to do so, we will email you a unique TodayTix voucher code worth 110% of your total transaction value via the details on your TodayTix account. We strive to contact you within 7-10 days after the performance date you originally booked. In many cases, we are awaiting confirmation and/or return of funds from our venue partners. They are inundated and we are lending support where possible. We kindly ask you to bear with us during this period.

If you have not received your cancelation voucher, please double-check any spam or promotional inbox folders. If you are still unable to locate details of your premium voucher, please contact TodayTix Guest Services using the "Submit a Ticket" button above.

Where can I find my 110% voucher code?

You will receive your unique voucher code via email as detailed above direct from our ticketing system. Double-check your spam/junk folder in case it was mistakenly caught by a filter. Your voucher code is not listed or stored in your TodayTix account. If you can't find your voucher code, get in touch with our support team using the "Submit a Request" button above. Please be sure to include your order confirmation number (starts with "T") so we are best able to assist.

How long does my 110% voucher code last?

Vouchers with an original expiration date in the year 2021 are now extended through March 31, 2022 for all guests, unless otherwise directly indicated. There is no need to reach out to support about extending your voucher individually. 

Vouchers are issued with an expiration date to redeem. If you are unsure of your voucher expiry, please contact our team (quoting your voucher code and/or original order confirmation number). You'll only need to redeem your voucher towards a future order by the expiration; your future performance can be any time in the future.

Is my 110% voucher code automatically added to my account or my next order?

Your unique 110% will be issued to you via the email address on your TodayTix account. It is not stored on your TodayTix account. You will need to manually apply your voucher code to your purchase(s). To redeem, simply follow the steps below when making your next booking. 

How do I redeem my 110% voucher code?

To manually redeem your 110% voucher code, log in and select new tickets. On the final checkout screen, before you complete the order, tap the 'Add a Voucher' button to enter your code. This field is case-sensitive. Make sure you do not enter any spaces or non-alphanumeric characters. Please ensure the value of your voucher deducts from your order total before you complete checkout, as codes cannot be added once your order has been confirmed.  If the transaction value is greater than the voucher amount, the remaining balance must be paid via card, GooglePay or ApplePay.

Can I use my 110% voucher code across multiple orders?

Vouchers will deplete until the total value has been redeemed. Vouchers can be used across multiple transactions, but remember to add your code on the checkout screen of each new booking.

Can I add multiple 110% voucher codes to one booking?

At present, only one code can be added per transaction. If you have multiple voucher codes that you would like to redeem simultaneously, please contact support using the "Submit a Ticket" button above with the codes you have been issued. Our team can then merge those codes into a single code with the total combined value.

Can I use my 110% voucher code in another currency?

Vouchers are issued in the same currency as the correlating canceled purchase. If you wish to redeem your voucher in a different TodayTix market, contact support using the "Submit a Ticket" button above with your voucher code. Available currencies are: USD, CAD, GBP & AUD.
